Inspired Threads collects only the information needed to run your order and account: your name, email address, shipping address, and order history. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
If you create an account, we also store your username, loyalty tier progress, badges, and any bio or profile photo you choose to add.
If you turn on "Live Alerts" in your Account Settings and provide a phone number, we use that number only to text you when we go live on TikTok. We do not use your phone number for anything else, and we never sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Message frequency varies — you'll only receive a text on the occasions we actually go live. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also turn Live Alerts off anytime from Account Settings.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
If "Stock Alerts" is turned on, we email you (never text) when something on your wishlist is back in stock.
